(CSIC-INTA Astrobiology Centre ) A scientist and writer. He holds a PhD in Chemistry (with a specialty in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology). He is a staff researcher at the CSIC-INTA Astrobiology Centre, associated with the NASA Astrobiology Institute. His scientific interests are the origin and early evolution of life and the development of biosensors.
